What we keep, and why
FixFlow Auto Care is a fictional shop built as a demo, so no real customer data is processed here.
What is collected
When an appointment is booked we store the name, email address and phone number entered, the vehicle year, make, model and optional plate, the service chosen, the date and time, and any notes added to the booking.
How it is used
Booking details are used only to schedule the work, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and keep a service history for the vehicle. They are never sold or shared for advertising.
Automatic messages
Confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices and follow-ups are generated by the booking system. In this demo they are recorded in the shop's activity feed rather than delivered by email or SMS, because no messaging provider is connected.
Removal
Ask the shop to delete a booking record at any time using the phone number or email address on the contact page, and it will be removed from the schedule and customer list.
