Booking terms
FixFlow Auto Care is a fictional shop created for a build challenge; these terms describe how the booking system behaves.
Appointments
A booked time reserves a bay and a technician. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean the work has to move to the next open slot.
Pricing
Listed prices are starting prices for the standard job on most vehicles. Any additional parts or labour are quoted and approved before work continues.
Changes and cancellations
Appointments can be moved or cancelled at any time from the Manage Booking page using the confirmation number. There is no cancellation fee.
Warranty
Completed repairs carry a 12-month parts and labour warranty on the work performed, excluding wear items and customer-supplied parts.
